You’ve most likely heard of the recent apartment fire in Goose Creek that burned down 16 apartments. All of those families have been displaced and many have lost everything. We have been made aware that one of the families that has been displaced is a family with two young children, along with an aunt and her young baby.
While YAD and Camp Baker has been running a clothing drive for the family, they are also in need of food. While staying at the hotel, the family is unable to have homecooked meals and is constantly having to pay to eat out. Come and help by joining YAD prepare a homecooked meal for this family.
